Math for Every Student

The RSM Foundation offers free, teen-led mentorship programming for students grades 2-5. Our goal is to inspire a love of math in every student and connect youth to positive high school role models.

Who We Are

The RSM Foundation was founded in 2016, with the mission to bring a love of math to every student. Whether your student is struggling with math or excelling, our programs are designed to tap each student's unrealized potential.

“The power to excite kids about math”

“The Infinity Squad program is not your average community service program. It's something that really does have the power to excite kids about math.”

— Alden, Infinity Squad Mentor & Teen Leadership Board Expansion Chair

What We Do

We believe that math is universal, it's everywhere we look in our world. That's why we want every student to feel inspired to embrace math no matter their particular interests or level of academic success. Our programming relates to and inspires students who have a variety of math adjacent interests, including: community service, leadership, and building connections with their peers.

“To know they’re not alone”

“When I was younger, I struggled with school…I wanted these kids to know that they're not alone and there are a lot of other people who are experiencing the same exact problems they are. And just being there for someone like that, that helps them out.”

— Matt, former Infinity Squad Mentor and Teen Leadership Board
